Update on Terms & Conditions
I sent my terms and conditions to Proximity London on Monday 16th August with a copy to Capita. Neither party has replied. I did get an automated response from TV Licensing™, aka Capita, though:
Thank you for your email. We will respond to your email within 3 business days. If you are making a complaint we'll need time to fully investigate it and you will receive a response within 8 working days. If you need to contact us regarding this matter, please include this email's unique reference number in the body of your reply email.
If you are notifying us of a change of address, please be aware that we will not send a replacement licence, as the current one is still valid until expiry. All future correspondence will be sent to the new address.
Thank you
TV Licensing Email Team
We are, of course, beyond the 3 business days mentioned and as I'm not making a complaint it is 3 days and not 8 they should have aimed for. That I will eventually get a reply I doubt not.
One point of interest is that I sent the cc to Capita at tvlcsc@capita.co.uk, but the reply came from enquiries@TVLicensing.co.uk. I wonder why Capita is so shy about its involvement in TV Licensing™?
