Second letter

I've had another letter from "Joanne Osborne", along similar lines to the previous one:

Nothing remarkable here, except the request "Please get in touch by 1 September 2010". Well, that deadline has long gone. Since the letter purports to be from the non-existent TV Licensing™ I won't be getting in touch. I'm not a customer of Capita, the BBC or TV Licensing™. They have no business with me, and I have no business with them.

Let's see if the next letter does any better in the bluster, intimidation and misinformation department.
